We start with a deep dive into your full health story; symptoms, history and lifestyle. We discuss your goals and how they align with your current diet. I use an easy-to-complete survey which takes around 30 minutes to complete

Implement

Personalized, targeted recommendations

Based on what we uncover, I create targeted, personalized recommendations to support your body's unique needs, aligning with your goals. In addition to nutritional recommendations, your plan could also include stress management, environmental or overall lifestyle changes. We set the pace together, so you never feel overwhelmed.

Measure

Tracking your progress

We evaluate your progress and make adjustments along the way so you know what changes are making the biggest impact in your health. You'll know why your plan is working and that it will be realistic for the long term. 

Throughout the process, we focus on the  four foundational pillars for health: Nutrition, Sleep, Movement, Emotional Health
